The Central Park Duplex Apartment is a full renovation of a trophy property in the Time Warner Building. Open and interconnected living functions are located on the lower level. A dramatic walnut stair connects to the upper floor which contains three en suite bedrooms and other service functions. A gracious master suite is anchored by a built-in platform bed and a custom concrete bathtub/shower compartment – both are afforded dramatic Central Park views. When privacy is needed, the glass partition between the bedroom and bathroom can be turned opaque. Depending on the Client’s need, a fifteen foot sliding wall opens the suite to a sitting area extending the space and views. When needed, the wall is closed creating three distinct yet spacious bedrooms.
