A penthouse apartment with stunning views of Manhattan required an update from the standard finishes and layout provided by the project developer. The previous small, dark kitchen is updated to take full advantage of the natural light and views provided by the north facing window wall. New white oak wood and concrete terrazzo flooring provide the background for clean white walls and custom cabinetry streamlined with minimal detailing. A collection of both vintage and new furniture pieces reinforce the airy and open feeling requested by our Clients. A new ipe wood terrace deck, dining furniture, and plantings extend the living space to the outdoors.
